4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Jashn-e-Junction delivers products across Pakistan. Shipping times and charges may vary depending on the location and size of your order.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by external factors, such as courier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We at Jashn-e-Junction strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Jashn-e-Junction will cover the shipping cost for returns or exchanges due to damaged or defective products.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are not damaged or defective.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is processed, and cancellation will not be possible.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
